The virtual event, hosted by the AAET country operation unit of Myanmar, was held to commemorate World Engineering Day 2023.

Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than, Patron of the Myanmar Engineering Council, gave an opening speech via video message, and Prof. Dr. Ewe Hong Tat, President of the ASEAN Academy of Engineering and Technology (AAET), delivered the congratulatory remarks. Next, Myanmar Engineering Council President Dr. Aung Kyaw Myat, Chairman of the Country Operation Unit of AAET-Myanmar, explained the presentation of the distinguished lecture on "Seismic Hazard and Vulnerability Assessment for Bagan and Nyaung U Areas" to the members of AAET and all distinguished invitees. After the Q&A sections, he concluded the ceremony, and the documentary photos for this event were taken.
